BY MAIL: Print and fill out this FORM (PDF format) and mail it along with your check, payable to THE MINNOW SCHOOL, to reserve your space in SoLaTiDo 2010.
BY PHONE: You may also call or e-mail Cindy Campbell, our registrar, and she'll take your information over the phone (919) 923-8857.
BY E-MAIL: You can also e-mail your information to us. Just be sure to answer all the questions on the FORM and then mail in your check.
No matter how you register, your place will be reserved and we will confirm your registration once your check has arrived.
Register early to reserve your place in the program. A $195 deposit per person will secure your place in the workshop. Full payment of tuition is due no later than September 1, 2010. Tuition is totally non-refundable after this date.
