SOLATIDO is a five-day retreat for aspiring and seasoned songwriters. Here's a chance to get away from real life and make time for your work in the company of other troubadours. Richard Putnam returns this year to work with the songwriters. He is an amazing musician and session player who can add most any instrument to a recording by using his keyboard. Richard will work with us to polish and arrange our songs as we write them! At SOLATIDO you will also learn from some of the best singer/songwriters working in the region who regularly attend this workshop.

PARTICIPANTS, whether beginning or accomplished writers, will have a chance to learn from each other in song circles, with writing prompts, and peer collaborations. We'll work with our guest artist for a period each day and also have our usual whole group showcase of works-in-progress on Thursday night.
We will be at Wildacres with the Table Rock Writers Workshop. Solatido participants will have a chance to sit in on some Table Rock faculty presentations and the writers will also join us for the Thursday concert and late night jam sessions.
THE GOAL OF SOLATIDO is to provide a relaxing environment where we can share our music in a noncompetitive atmosphere of professional support and encouragement. In past years we have had nationally known singer/songwriters Cosy Sheridan, Kate Campbell, Pierce Pettis, Stacey Earle and Mark Stuart, Carrie Newcomer, Marshall Chapman, and Mike Craver.
